20% down payment
The initial 20% down payment is scheduled from 29 July 2026 across two payments, subject to the booking documents and final sales agreement.
30% before handover
Pre-handover payments are planned from 29 August 2026 across 30 payments, supporting a gradual acquisition schedule during construction.
10% on handover
A 10% payment is scheduled for the anticipated handover in Q3 2029. Handover timing and payment triggers remain subject to contractual terms.
40% after handover
The remaining 40% is planned from 30 July 2029 across 40 post-handover payments, giving buyers an extended payment period after completion.
